Community Meetings

We host a Community Meeting every Third Thursday of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. We are now holding every other meeting on Zoom to discuss Committee business and planning. If you would like to be added to the calendar invite and receive the Zoom link, please contact us at ward18dc@gmail.com.

Every other meeting will be held in person and will feature a guest speaker(s) who will help deepen our understanding of a pressing public policy issue. Here is a our 2024 Community Meeting Schedule.

Civic Engagement Committee

This committee meets every First Thursday of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm via Zoom to develop strategies for increasing voter participation and deepening civic engagement on issues of importance to our community. Please contact Roy Karp at roylincolnkarp@gmail.com if you would like to get involved.
